In the butchery department we have a wide range of top quality meat products available.

These include:

Our own home-bred pork products including loin, belly, shoulder and leg joints, belly pork, pork steaks, chops.  Because they are fed using our own cereals you get a lovely distinctive flavour.

Home dry cured bacon & gammon using our own home-bred pork cured with our secret recipe.

Home-made sausages and burgers

Large range of beef products, sourced locally and from Staffordshire: great joints, succulent steaks, top quality mince and stew.

Large range of lamb products: joints, steaks, mince and diced lamb.

Locally sourced chickens and fresh barn eggs

Half pigs and lambs available for the freezer packed and labelled.

In the summertime we have a wide range of barbeque meats with a wide choice of flavour glazes to go with them.

At Christmas we sell free range turkeys and geese.  We also sell Christmas Hampers.
